Today i called and made an appointment for a wax at Divine Salon and Spa in Oakleaf Town Center. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. When i arrived I signed in and sat down in the waiting area. No one greeted me when i came it. I moved myself from the couch to the bar in front of the counter…I even turned on the television myself. 28 minutes later six different employees had come to the front counter and not one of them greeted me. Exactly 50 minutes after I arrived and 35 minutes after my appointment I was greeted by the employee who was supposed to render her services. She did apologize but did not offer an explanation for the unprofessional behavior of the rest of the employees in the Divine Salaon and Spa. I did not even have enough time left to stay for my wax. I am a very unhappy customer who probably will not ever return to Divin Salaon and Spa in the Oakleaf Town Center.

We and our 4 guests had a wonderful time at Osaka this evening. Our chef was a real hoot and had us all in stitches. The food was good too. I would suggest the chicken not be cooked quite so long. It was a tad bit on the dry side but otherwise everything was delicious and plentiful.

I have to give these guys a plug. I stopped in for a simple watch battery and they were with another customer at the time. They made sure to let me know they would be with me as soon as possible and were very friendly while I was waiting for my simple repair. When you find someone that has exceptional customer service you want to be sure to let people know. It is a rare find to find people who actually care anymore.

Hey there, The real estate is only bad here if you are a seller that just bought their home during the boom. If the home is priced right it will sell. Buyers here have started to come out of the woodwork the last few weeks. They know the market has create an opportunity they can not miss. Now they are confident they are getting a bargain. I think for the rest of us that bought our homes during the boom, it will take about another 12 to 18 months to get the home values back up. Once the foreclosures and short sales go away we will be in great shape!

I went to this store for lunch today and the service was great! I was not sure if I wanted to go here but I was craving a hot open faced bagel sandwich and they are the only place close. The new owner and all of his employees were so nice and helpful. They even brought the food to the table. Big change from the past management! Good job guys!
